Luscious Blueberry Lemon Smootie

Luscious Blueberry Lemon Smoothie
Of all the recipes on this website, this one really works hard to be my favorite. It's really a dessert smoothie, but I could drink it for breakfast every day!
Serves 2 (if you don't mind sharing)

1 1/2 C favorite nut milk
2 C fresh or frozen organic* blueberries (whichever are most available)
3 dates, pitted & soaked in water until soft
1/4 C coconut cream powder or 1/2 C fresh Thai coconut
2 T honey or agave nectar
juice of 1 lemon, plus 1/4 organic* lemon, seeded (skin and all)

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

*Living in a perfect world, fresh organic fruits and vegetables would be available in all communities. Unfortunately, we do not live in total perfection, and conventional growing methods command that certain fruits (like berries and citrus) be purchased organic - especially when the outer skin is being consumed. The LAST thing you want ruining your health is a bunch of nasty pesticides and herbicides! So if these ingredients are not available fresh, please purchase them frozen, or not at all.
